Payed for no ads don't work I see still Ads!?!

I pay for no ads but I see ads, have I payed for nothing?. Restore don't work, I press the no ads button and see an message you have already payed.

Hellow, I play match dots and have paid for no ads, but if I play the app the ads be still there?? What can I do, restore don't work, I see ads every 3 the new level. Please an answer.
