Simply the best
Medium is without any doubt the most interesting app I’ve ever seen. It’s the first app I open after wakkng up.
The only risk involved is that if you’re a curious open minded person, you’ll experience the urgev to keep on reading and be late for appointments etc.
Conclusion: best money I’ve ever spend on an app. And you have to admit the contribution for premium membership is more than fair for what you get.
To the developers and writers: you’ll always have deepest sympathy!

Contemporary wisdom

I'm a big fan of Medium which is my favorite source of articles and tech tutorials. I love how it works and how we remunerate authors we like, it's fantastic.
But... why is Medium switching his entire identity every 3 years !?! The last identity was meaningful, with the emblematic "M" monogram and the mix between with and without-serif fonts, which elegantly combined traditionnalism and seriousness (understand "quality", with a "New-York Times" style), and modernity.
Now, the "M" has disappeared in profit of a random "3-circles" logo which represents nothing else than a lack of personnality. And the fonts are mainly sans-serif now (mainly, because there are some random inconsistencies left), like any poor mainstream blog.
You better spend your time updating Medium functionnalities, like organising "highlights" and saved articles, or to let customers send gift subscriptions to other customers.
