Description
Come on a journey to discover inputs to making everyday objects like smartphones, electric cars and renewable energy systems. Our virtual character “Meresy” will guide you to explore 3D models of such objects, and the raw material resources that make them possible, using augmented reality (AR). Along the way you will hear from some mining and petroleum engineering students about their university and industry experience. They explain what they love about university life, the knowledge you gain whilst studying and the impact you can make when you finish. You will also be able to explore 3D simulations of example mining processes using AR.
