Terrible boarding and terrible customer service
I don’t think brussles has place for a company like this. They should learn from competitors that are already doing a good job. Suspended someone’s account for no reason is just not acceptable

Compte bloqué sans aucunes raisons valable
Je me suis inscrit sur l’application « Miles », j’ai encodé mon permis de conduire VALIDE ainsi que ma carte d’identité comme demander, malgré cela on me bloque l’accès à l’application en me disant «Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas accepter ton inscription pour le moment, car l’un de nos critères de sécurité n’a pas été satisfait. »
Je trouve sa déplorable sachant que je suis en règles.
JE NE VOUS RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE APPLICATION !!!

La pire, des agences
On m’a accepté tous mes documents, j’ai tout bien noté j’ai carrément mis de l’argent sur l’application pour qu’au final on me bloque mon compte et on me dit je ne peux pas vous donner de raison spécifique pour avoir bloqué le compte
