Impossible de me connecter depuis plusieurs mois. L application n est vraiment pas au point et c est dommage!
Echt een ramp die helpdesk!!!
Heb al verschillende weken geen toegang meer tot mijn account. Krijg steeds een foutmelding, paswoord resetten lukt ook niet.
Dus, helpdesk bellen. Dit ook al enkele keren gedaan, alles doorgegeven, inclusief foutmeldingen. Krijg steeds te horen dat de helpdesk mij terug zou contacteren, maar nog steeds niemand gehoord en probleem geraakt niet opgelost. Daar alles digitaal gaat, een grote ramp. Geen inzage in mijn contracten enz….
