J’ai décidé de me lancer dans la mise à disposition de mon emplacement.
Aucune information concernant la collision n’est reprise ni dans les conditions générales d’utilisation, ni sur le site, ni dans la FAQ.
Je décide alors d’appeler la ligne fixe reprise sur le site, j’explique la situation et on me dit que je devais d’abords mettre mon parking sur le site avant de connaître la commission...
Du coup j’explique que c’est comme si on faisait ces courses sans connaître les prix et qu’on apprenait le montant du ticket qu’une fois arrivé à la caisse.
Embêtée, la personne m’a raccrochée dessus!
Incroyable procédé, pas du tout professionnel et ça donne vraiment pas envie d’utiliser leurs services.
A éviter à tout prix!
