App doet het nog steeds niet, ook niet na de update. Website ook problemen met Premio.
Impossible de se connecter via l’app
Impossible de se connecter sur l’app alors que via le site c’est ok. Déjà désinstallée et réinstallée, testée avec une autre adresse e-mail et toujours « identifiant invalide ».
Plus d’un mois près, toujours impossible de se connecter via l’app pour contrôler la nouvelle NEO. Un comble alors que vous en faites la pub partout!
C’est hallucinant qu’une grosse entreprise comme vous ne vienne pas avec des solutions concrètes pour aider les utilisateurs!
Vous innovez les machines mais c’est tout… Je réviserai mon score quand j’aurai une vraie solution!
