Important tips on the use and cleaning of the machine as well as the coffee itself are also integrated in the app in video and text form. And since NIVONA attaches great importance to customer service, the app's versatile service aspects are also convincing.

Known issues:
- Sometimes there is a timeout when switching the Flying Picture.
- Making a "MyCoffee" in NICR1040 does not work properly.
