Description
One LiuGong has developed as a full-service product support tool for all LiuGong and Dressta equipment: One LiuGong. This is a powerful tool that links all product support related activities into one system. The One LiuGong Mobile App allows for the features and functions of the web-based software to be accessed through any device: Electronic Parts Catalogues, Parts Ordering & Tracking, Parts & Service Support requests, access Technical Information, and get real time technical support for all LiuGong and Dressta products through video and instant messaging features. The One LiuGong platform will also continue to grow with additional features that integrate Warranty, Inspections, Equipment Monitoring and Pre-Sales modules.
