Handig
Handige app, maar niet overal bruikbaar
Nergens aanvaard !
Dit lijkt me een leuke App, ik installeerde het op mijn smartphone, zette de punten over van mijn klantenkaartje. Ik kochten dag nadien bij Panos in het Centraal station van Antwerpen. Ze konden de App niet inspannen! Ik moest terug een kaartje nemen... De dag nadien in de stations van Mechelen en van Sint-Niklaas, dezelfde reactie: kaartje was nodig!!

Beste, de app kan momenteel enkel gebruikt worden in de Panos city winkels; we streven ernaar om dit in de toekomst uit te breiden naar onze overige winkels. Je kan wel punten sparen met je fysieke klantenkaart bij Panos Rail. Groeten, het Panos Team
