Welcome to Pilates for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. This is a complete original series of workout movies with voice instruction performed by Penny Valentine an accomplished Pialtes and Yoga instructor with over twenty years of experience teaching Pilates classes. This IS NOT a menu of links to publicly available videos. This universal app includes both an iPad version as well as an iPhone and iPod touch versions.

Unlike most of the available Pilates apps which are little more than a list of links to publicly available YouTube videos, this is a logical series of workouts performed by a Pilates instructor. It includes a voice over soundtrack and uses scenic and consistent backgrounds.

Requires an Internet connection to view movies.

Before beginning an exercise program you should always consult a healthcare professional.

Great Pilates App

The exercises are wonderful! Very motivating & very effective.
The backgrounds are a bit corny but it doesn't really matter...
