Breakthrough DTS Play-Fi(R) technology powers simple, great-sounding whole-home wireless audio systems for smartphones and tablets. You can stream your favorite tunes over Wi-Fi right from the Play-Fi app to speakers from DTS Play-Fi product partners. It's a huge step up from Bluetooth - the audio quality and reliability are outstanding, and you can enjoy music from your phone in one room, or all your rooms.
The "Hi-Fi over Wi-Fi" listening experience is just a touch away, thanks to this handy app. Choose a speaker, choose a song, and your favorite tunes are streaming all through the house.
The app offers built-in streaming options: stream from worldwide music services; use AM/FM and Internet radio, connect to DLNA servers, or play anything from your device's music library, including your iTunes playlists. The app automatically organizes and indexes the music for you.
The app also handles set-up for your speakers, and gives you full control of volume and speaker selection. Choose one, set up speaker groups, or stream to all of them at once. Manage speaker groups for Spotify Connect, too.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have a Play-Fi product from Polk Audio, Definitive Technology or Phorus, please search for and download the custom Play-Fi app for your audio brand.
Please also note that the Play-Fi app is companion software to audio products enabled with Play-Fi technology. It is not intended as a stand-alone audio player.

Hallo, mijn home cinema systeem bestaat uit Philips fidelio soundbar FB1 + subwoofer FW1 + 2 x FS 1 speakers, dit samen met de Philips Oled 907. Als ik de Play Fi app van de tv in de bioscoop instelling gebruik, is het geluid super. Maar telkens na 30 minuten is er een audio drop out met 3 kleine haperingen en deze herhalen zich telkens na 30 minuten. Het is alsof er telkens na 30 minuten een RESET gebeurt in de software van de TV of de Play Fi app. Als ik de Play Fi app van de tv gebruik enkel met de “ luidsprekers koppelen “om bvb You Tube video’s te streamen, blijft het geluid stabiel. Geen enkele hapering. Ook bij gebruik van AirPlay met Apple Music is alles perfect. Het zit hem dus duidelijk in de bioscoop instelling van de Play Fi app. Hopelijk wordt dit verholpen met een update.
Application perfectible
Je l’ai utilisé pour écouter Qobuz en haute resolution et en apprécier la qualité sonore...dommage que la présentation de Qobuz soit beaucoup trop simplifiée par rapport à l’application originale...Dans les favoris, pas de classement possible,les artistes ne sont pas classés par ordre alphabétique, mais par date d’ajout, il n’y pas de classement par genre…cela manque de convivialité et c’est parfois un peu pénible, pas de gapless non plus ce qui est pénible lors de l’écoute d’un concert… bref un ensemble de défauts rédhibitoires qui m’ont poussé à revendre mon streamer Audiolab et à choisir un appareil compatible avec d’autres applications plus stables et conviviales.
Dernière version instable ++++
Dernière MAJ faite sur iOS et androïd. Déconnexions toutes les cinq minutes rendant mon streamer Arcam RPlay inutilisable !!! Autant sur Qobuz que lecture de fichiers sur mon NAS. 🤬
