Description
The Plugwise Home app allows local and remote control of the following systems:
- Adam OT-thermostat upgrade kit;
- Adam HA voor zone heating;
- Anna wifi-thermostat;
- Tom radiator valve;
- Lisa zone control and display.
Set up the gateway in the app while you are at home and connected to the same network as the gateway is connected to.
In the app, you can view and set the temperature inside. You can also easily set a temperature schedule.
Do you want to add Adam to the app? This is possible if you have installed firmware version 0.4.5 or newer. You can only set the temperature and a schedule if your thermostat supports this. Not sure if your thermostat is supported? Look at https://www.plugwise.com/en_US/products/adam.
Do you want to add the thermostat Anna to the app? We support this from firmware version 1.8.17 and higher.

verlengen Anna applicatie
Ik heb de Anna thermostaat via Eneco aangeschaft die door de stopzetting van de samenwerking met Anna niet meer via de app te besturen is. En hoewel Ik nu via de Plugwise website een verlenging gekocht heb, krijg ik nog steeds dezelfde foutmelding! Heel frustrerend! Zeker met de huidige energieprijzen en het koude weer!!!!

Thermostaat geïnstalleerd door installateur verwarming.
Bij openen van de app blijft deze regelmatig hangen, app afsluiten en opnieuw opstarten is noodzakelijk. Geeft niet altijd de commando’s door naar de thermostaat. App kan wat stabiliteit gebruiken.
Doesn’t work
The app keeps saying “Error message
Remote control cannot be activated on
your gateway. Please check if it is
connected to the same network as
your device. If you are using an
Ethernet cable to connect the gateway
to the network, please restart the
gateway after you have connected the
cable.” Tried with two Wi-Fis and one Ethernet , nothing works
