Thanks to the ProActive app, the Spend Cloud always travels with you. Claiming travel expenses whilst still on the road, reviewing an invoice during your lunch break, or accounting for your expenses immediately after using the business card. The ProActive app has options for Invoice Processing, Cash & Card and Expense Claims. The actions you perform through the app are instantly visible in the Spend Cloud.
Invoice processing allows you to instantly assess invoices:
∞ Approving invoices
∞ Rejecting invoices
∞ Asking questions about the invoice
You can immediately approve or reject purchase invoices that you receive for assessment. Need more information about the invoice? The “request an opinion” option sends a message to a colleague.
Cash & Card gives you an insight into balances and transactions regardless of time and place:
∞ Viewing debit and credit entries
∞ Viewing individual transactions, encoding and adding a picture of the receipt
∞ Authorising ideal payments
The app makes accounting for expenses easy and, therefore, low-threshold. This way, the cash administration is up to date faster and you will have around-the-clock access to the balances and transactions of the cash, bank and card books, wherever you are.

Complete the expense claim form (add a picture of the receipt or calculate the distance travelled)
Submit the expense claim form
Your expense claim form is automatically sent to the appropriate manager. All you have to do is wait for approval. You will receive a notification as soon as the claim has been approved.
More than 750 organisations manage their entire expenditure in the ProActive Spend Cloud. The system has been designed with simplicity in mind, thereby providing a user-friendly environment for users who are less confident with computers. The smartphone app makes using the Spend Cloud even easier.

In version 1.36 we have already separated the outstanding actions of you and the colleague you are replacing. From version 1.37, we have made this even more user-friendly by adding notifications. For example, there is now a notification on the dashboard with which you can immediately switch between the accounts.
