Introducing Pinned Messages

Pin important messages to the top of a group chat. Tap a message and select “Pin,” then choose an expiration date to keep it relevant. A banner at the top shows a preview; tap it for details, including who pinned it and the expiration. By default, only group owners can pin/unpin messages, but this can be changed in Group Settings > Permissions. Any member can hide the pinned message for themselves, but new pins will automatically reappear for everyone.
