Description
By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.
It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate.
How to register your number plate
1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account
2. Download the Q-Park app
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password
4. Enter your car registration
After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.
What’s New
Version 2.0.63
Good news, the Q-Park app has been updated! This update includes various improvements, including an improved QR code for iOS devices that makes it easy to open the pedestrian doors of Q-Park facilities. A previous issue where the Apple Wallet would sometimes show your bank card instead of the QR code has now been solved.

Dank je voor je review. Het spijt me dat de app niet geheel aan je verwachtingen kon voldoen. We ondersteunen momenteel nog geen reservaties voor onze garages via de mobile app. Reserveren in de garages is wel mogelijk via onze websites. Geen nummerplaatherkenning
Jammer genoeg werd de nummerplaat niet herkend. We hebben de QR-code moeten inspannen.
Altijd problemen met gebruik van QPark parkings
Altijd problemen met gebruik van QPark parkings. Als het geen automatische nummerplaat herkenning is die fout loopt, dan is het de app die niet werkt, of dit keer de app die een update vergt net bij het binnenrijden van de parking. Oude versie van de app is niet meer ondersteund. Werkt dus niet meer. Dag sta je dan voor de gesloten slagboom met een rij auto’s achter je. Nochtans staan automatische updates van apps op mijn iPhone aan. De rode draad in alle problemen is dat je consequent te veel betaalt voor je sessie. Niet te tevreden dus. QPark: doe er iets aan. Gebruikerstevredenheid moet een consequente doelstelling zijn.
