In this release:
• An easier, more accessible way to access help and support from the home screen
• Frequent flyers who attain or retain certain tiers will receive the ability to choose a Qantas Luggage Tag or a ‘leaf’ to accelerate their progress towards Green Tier status
• You can now use your Qantas App to earn and use Qantas Points at some of your favourite stores like Platypus Shoes, Hype DC, The Athlete's Foot, Skechers and more
• New browsing experience for flight deals on the home screen
• Concealing passport numbers during online check-in, when data is pre-filled

Failed update and failed service

The new qantas entertainment app cannot find the flight I am on and requests a new update. Clicking that opens the qantas app, which is the latest version and shows my app. Yet the two apps keep going in a useless circle. Staff on board have no clue.
