App houd bij hoelang je gestopt bent, hoeveel je al uitgespaard hebt en in welk stadium van het afkicken je jouw nu bevindt. Zeer handig

though you obviously decide for yourself whether you stay clean, adding the "achievements" section helped me a lot. thanks.

Le tabac c est tabou on en viendra tous a bout

Je trouve ce programme très motivant et j irais même jusqu a dire une réussite.. Tout le monde sait que ne pas fumer entraine une économie plus saine ainsi qu une vie plus saine mais sommes nous assez fort pour nous en convaincre et ben je dis oui!! En ayant un programme qui calcule chaque jour ce que vous n avez pas fumé, ce que cela vous a couté a part un peu de patiente rien du tout. De plus, les symptômes indiqués concernant le goût des aliments, la respiration poussent vraiment a la reflection de ce qu apporte une cigarette, bien ou mal... A vous d essayer et vous verrez!!! Courage pour ce grand combat
