يستخدم التطبيق لخدمه اداره المجالس و اللجان، وهو عبـارة عـن نظـام إلكترونـي يستخدم لتنظـيم الاجتماعات والقرارات وجميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالمؤسسة بشـكل إلكترونـي ممـا يسـهل عمـل الأعضـاء وتـوفير الوقـت والجهـد.
كمـا يعتمـد النظـام فـي هيكلتـه على الحوكمة الإلكترونية وتوزيـع الأدوار والعضويات علـى منسـوبي مجلس الإدارة واللجان كـلا حسـب صـلاحيته، وذلك لإدارة العمـل بشكل تسلسلي وتبـدأ بإنشـاء الاجتماع وتنتهي بالتوقيع واعتماد المحضر وفق تسلسل معين بين الاعضاء والرئيس حسب النظام المتبع في مجلس الإدارة.
