Allowing round-the-clock access to your organisation’s SafeSpine program, the app will allow your employees:
** Bespoke exercises prescribed to you by your SafeSpine Specialist and helpful in-app reminders.
** Professionally narrated videos showing you how to perform your SafeSpine exercises correctly.
** Once downloaded, access your videos even when you have no internet access.
** SafeSpine App tracks your progress and feedback in real-time, allowing your SafeSpine Specialist to better support you based on clear outcome data.
