With the extended edition of the SAP Cloud for Customer mobile app for iPhone and iPad, you can gain real-time insights into your company’s ever-changing customer data anywhere and anytime. This app accesses the SAP Cloud for Customer solution and allows sales people to collaborate with their team, communicate better with their business network, and make informed decisions right from their device. This app also enables service technicians with full field service execution capabilities both online and offline, including assignments, work orders, parts, time sheets, and analytics.

• Find and follow people in your sales organization
• View feed updates of the people and records you follow and add comments and private messages
• Maintain account, contact, lead, opportunity, competitor, appointment, and task information

Resolution problem
Having resolution problems after update. Pictograms are missing
Extremely disappointing
Tha app is very slow, an often does not work.
There is also no support for FaceID so you have to enter a password every time u want to use it.
Offline sync often doesnt work either
Overall, this is an embarising app for a company like sap.
Traag
Zeer traag. Blokkeert vaak zowel op gsm als op computer. Is nog niet geoptimaliseerd. Ik gebruik het dagelijks en het is een frustratiepunt.
