Met de APP SERIS Virtual Control Room bieden wij een alarmcentrale oplossing. Uw huidige inbraakcentrale kan eenvoudig via uw installateur gekoppeld worden aan de vergunde alarmcentrale SERIS Monitoring.
U kan ten allen tijde in één oogopslag de status van uw systeem nagaan en alarmmeldingen ontvangen.
U bepaalt wie verwittigd moet worden en op welke manier. Dit kan via push notificatie, voice computer call, email of sms melding. Wenst u aanpassingen te doen van uw contacten of de volgorde van de bellijst, dan heeft u de regie helemaal zelf in handen door middel van onze professionele APP. Het is ook altijd mogelijk door middel van het APP logboek alle historiek te consulteren bij twijfel of een incident.
