Setify 4+

Splendid app!!

As I go to many concerts, this app makes it possible to listen again and again to the songs your favourite artist(s) or band for example, my favourite band is @thejesusandmarychain aka the #JAMC, played live during the gig you attended (and you still remember lively) or maybe you were too late to get some tickets for the gig ....

Well, now thanks to this #Setify app, you can listen to the songs your favourite band played live that evening, in the correct order. Magic number 1 !

Magic number 2 is that the #Setify app (with your permission) makes connection with your #Spotify account or your #AppleMusic account and automatically created a brand new playlist in the music library containing all the tracks in correct order! Even the name of this new playlist consists of the name of the band followed by location & date of the gig.
Splendid ! Fabulous!

But there’s one thing I don’t get: imagine you have searched for Bruce Springsteen gigs. Then you select one of the setlists of a gig, and a new playlist will be created in your Spotify account..but if you wish to have the setlist of another gig...I see no other possibility then to shut down the #Setify app an restart it to be able to do another search.

Ow yeah, I almost forgot to mention magic number 3: choose for the “average setlist”. Then the app will bring together those songs which your favourite band most frequently play during

Thanks for your detailed feedback Kris! Really glad to hear that you’re enjoying using the app. Just so you know, once you’ve saved a setlist it’s possible to swipe the screens back, from left to right, in order to search again without closing the app. I am working on some back buttons to hopefully make this all more obvious.
