Not reliable
This ticket provider, sometimes used in France, is not reliable. I’ve experienced troubles receiving my purchased tickets by e-mail, both through my personal e-mail address and through login with Apple (with a hidden address). On one occasion, when I wanted to resell my ticket, I was unable to access my account. Customer support didn’t solve the issue, so I lost my money.
