Renamed the Sonos S1 Controller, this app supports systems that include the oldest Sonos products. Systems supported by this app will continue to receive bug fixes and security patches but will not receive new software features found in the new Sonos S2 app and will not be compatible with Sonos products released after May 2020. Step backwards
This is the first time I’ve regretted installing the new Sonos app. Too much swipes to change between rooms or change music
Onoverzichtelijk
De kwaliteit van het geluid is fantastisch, maar de app is verschrikkelijk onoverzichtelijk. Waarom moet je in de zoekfunctie selecteren of je op artiesten, nummers of albums zoekt? Daarbij stopt de app met reageren als de volumeknop bovenkomt, ik moet dan een hele tijd wachten voordat die verdwijnt om verder te kunnen zoeken.
Onstabieler met iedere update
Gebruik Sonos nu al een paar jaar. Het laatste jaar is hel. Met iedere update stopt het systeem met werken. Zelfs zonder te checken weet ik dat er een nieuwe update beschikbaar is. Muziek stopt constant met spelen, skipper nummers halverwege of doet gewoon niks. Of dit nu via een lokale speler is of via de muziekbibliotheek die op een server draait maakt niets uit. Ik ben niet geïnteresseerd in de zoveelste nieuwe update van een nieuwe UI, nieuwe album graphics, hogere resoluties of wat dan ook. Ik wil gewoon muziek spelen. Het geluid is prima en als alles naar behoren werkt is het zeer aangenaam. In de huidige staat wordt ik echter groen van de software!
