Why this app is not working I bought by 100 Euros for nothing
Super slecht product ! Werk niet!
Ik heb op zaterdag Spotter gekocht . Alle stappen gevolgd . Ook direct prepaid te goed gekocht . Wel , tot nu toe ( dag 3 ! ) is de spotter niet verbonden , en niet actief op de kaart! Ik vraag me af of dat echt een gps is en niet gewoon een stuk plastiek met led-verlichting? Klantenservice is alleen per e-mail bereikbaar en ze antwoorden pas binnen 48 uur. Ik ga deze morgen terugbrengen en ik wil mijn geld van prepaid terug op mijn rekening.
Painful

-Navigation within the app is painful
-Manipulate the map is hard and complex. I don’t understand which combination of fingers I need to use
-Loading time of the map is extremely long sometimes
-not possible to delete all notifications once. Only one by one?!
A couple of quick-fix(wins) could drastically increase the user experience.
