Description
The St. Joe’s Navigator was developed by St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, to provide users a single point of access to multiple digital health services.
Through the St. Joe’s Navigator App, users have the option to seamlessly access their personal health information using an Ontario trusted account. Once registered, patients have the ability to access health information and services online without the need for multiple usernames and passwords across integrated applications.
The Navigator will also provide patients access to Emergency and Urgent Care Wait Times for the City of Hamilton, Virtual Urgent Care, MyDovetale, Crisis Outreach and Support, and much more!

Version 3.0.0
The St. Joe’s Navigator App was redesigned with an updated layout, including the addition of regional and provincial digital health services, including Ontario Structured Psychotherapy West, Healthline, Health811, and more! Users are also encouraged to provide feedback through the app to help inform future releases, ensuring the app continues to meet the needs of its users.
