Description
You must own a Synology NAS or NVR to run this app, and be running the latest Surveillance Station 8.2 to get the complete set of features.
Synology LiveCam requires a Synology Surveillance Device License to operate. To purchase more licenses, please contact our authorized distributors at your location.
With Synology LiveCam, you can turn your mobile device into an IP camera and pair it with Surveillance Station. This not only allows you to view live streaming, recordings, and snapshots on both Surveillance Station and your mobile device, you can also download and store the files locally for saving and viewing.

... car de nombreux utilisateurs disposent d’un vieux smartphone qui peut retrouver une seconde vie à titre de caméra de surveillance hyperperformante!
Dommage que Surveillance ne permette pas facilement de mettre l’idée en pratique en raison de ses licenses contraignantes et pas faciles à acheter. Si ce mode de licenses (1/2 inclue seulement par NAS), il faudrait que l’application permette un « in-app purchase » de license additionnelle.
