Language filter
The language filter isn’t working. I can’t find TED talks per language.
Great app but annoying issue
Opening the dock on my iPad (swiping from the upper right) and calibrating brightness/volume while watching a video results in a bug where the video will continue playing with a dark screen. I have to close and reopen the app to be able to watch the video again. I hope you can solve this.
Pointless search
It is difficult to see the point of the in-app search: for some reason, it is impossible to find the talks I am looking for simply by their exact title or even author, while a simple search on the web immediately produces the correct result. And I had to make an account only to find this out.

Thank you for your feedback. It's possible that you're searching for a talk from a "TEDx" event. TEDx is our program that licenses independent organizers to produce small local events. To allow these organizers to share their talks with a global audience, all 180,000+ TEDx talks are hosted exclusively on YouTube, so TEDx videos are often not available on the TED app due to licensing restrictions.
If you're not referring to a TEDx talk, please reach out to us at contact@ted.com and let us know some examples of talks you cannot find. Thank you!
