The Telenet app is the all-in-one app that helps you get the most out of your Telenet.

Improve
• Want to improve your Wi-Fi experience? The app takes you through a step-by-step process. Need a Wi-Fi booster? Order it quickly and easily.

Manage
• Want to see and pay your bill? Check the details and pay easily via the app.
• From now on, you can see in detail which products and options you have from Telenet. You find them under ‘My services’ in the menu.
• Want to share your Wi-Fi with someone? Just have them scan the QR code on your screen, and that's it.
• Want to check your fixed internet usage at home? You see at a glance how much data you've used in recent months. You can also very easily see your usage per day (peak and off-peak hours).
• Do you have a mobile monthly plan from Telenet? Then you can check your mobile data, minutes used and SMSes. As manager of your WIGO, you can also check a user's mobile usage and temporarily pause their mobile data.
• Do you have CLIC? Then you can also block and unblock the data usage of users in your CLIC.
• And if we have important information for you... You'll get a message via the app. You can view and manage your notifications via ‘Messages’ in the menu bar. You can also choose to receive push notifications via the app.

Explore
• Get a quick overview of the most important app features, via the start screen. That way you know straight away when something unusual occurs with your Wi-Fi, usage, bills etc. And you're just one tap away from taking quick action in the app. All set, in the blink of an eye.
• Want to check your Wi-Fi network? One touch of a button and you see a list of all the devices connected directly to your Wi-Fi.

• Questions? With the all-in-one app you have easy access to all the answers with you at all times, via the support function.
• Want to contact Telenet from the app? Now you can, via WhatsApp!
