Impossible to get the code for activation

Worthless activation. The activation code is sent by email at least 20 minutes after requesting it and you get max 10 minutes to activate the app. Tried 6 (six) times before giving up. Waste of time.

New app

Worthless update of the app. The previous version was didn’t work correctly either, but this is even worse. It is not possible to send tickets, tickets ordered for a group of people and which I had in my “old” app are now gone.
Are we obliged to print the tickets again or to make screenshots to be sure to have the tickets? There is still work to be done!

Thank you for your feedback. You should be able to send tickets, depending on the settings for the venue, and you should of course see the tickets you had before. Please send a mail to info@ticketmatic.com so we can figure this out.

New update

Unhappy with the update of the app. The new interface does not include the upcoming events of the venues and events that are added to favourites. They were very handy features to have. Now I do not see the point in having the app. Might as well just follow the events on the websites of the venues and purchase tickets there.

Thanks for your feedback. In the new app, we put more focus on the individual venues. The services available per venue can and will be more personalised, so you can expect favourites, shop and other services to resurface for specific venues later on.
