Forgot my password and the link still never sent for recovery. Can someone of the team advice?
I purchased it fews days ago and now my daughter can’t used it anymore.

Ils proposent un mois d’essai puis prélèvent l’argent sur notre compte sans nous envoyer un mail pour voir si ça nous va, au bout de 14 jours ! Ce n’est donc pas de l’essai !!!!

Pas moyen de trouver un menu pour pouvoir se désabonner.

De plus dans la facture ils disent qu’on peu se résilier 14 jours après le prélèvement. Ils ne répondent pas aux mails avant 14 jours !
Ce sont des malhonnêtes et des escros !

It sounds like you started a Premium trial and didn't cancel it, so it converted into the subscription plan you chose during registration period.
