Charged twice

The game is good but I have been charged twice. I sent an email at the time but never got an answer.

Update 1.23 and iOS 10

Why ? Why is it for iOS 11 or later ? As an iOS 10 user, I don't deserve HD and such ?
As a first days fan, I'm disappointed.

Bad service

Loved the game. Had bought also every map and gadget..
And one day everything was gone. I must buy everything again! Send mails, no reply! I know for sure, I will never buy any app from these developers. Great to develop something, but no service behind!
