Worst UPS
They never delivered to the house.instead they say client is not home because they never come to the client home to delivery. I have experienced for 3 times while i and family being in the home all the day and they say nobody was home you have to go to pickup centre. Very bad.I think they have to look the service provided by Bpost,postnl,DHL. UPS gives very bad service.I don’t know why big company chose these third rate worst UPS like Nike,New-balance because they never delivered to your home. Big company have to leave this Worst UPS and chose in the market who gives better service.They never come to your home to deliver your things. They give simple reason nobody is home go to pickup centre.Very very very worstest service🤮🤮🤮
Pourquoi de l’incompétence ainsi?
Colis qui devait être livré :
- pas de sms reçu
- aucune notification dans la boîte à lettre (je découvre un mail plus tard comme quoi mon colis est retourné à l’expéditeur)
Service client : incapable d expliquer la raison. (A quoi sert le service client?)
Ressaisissez vous....si je dois dans le futur choisir un transporteur....les expériences ne feront pas choisir votre société....
Et impossible de mettre moins qu’une étoile en notation...ça vous fera toujours au moins 1/5....alors que votre service est plus proche de zéro (pour ne pas dire note négative....)
General conditions
Hello I live in Belgium and it’s impossible to install this app because I cannot agree on the general conditions because it doesn’t light up ( “V” ) so it’s not possible to install … even though I agree on dis conditions , I think there is a bug , Can you look at it? Thanks
