Alles verloopt goed tussen de kopers en verkopers. Het is makkelijk en leuk tot er zich wel een probleem voordoet!!
Vinted laat je betalen bij elke koop die je doet. Bedenk wel dat je als koper altijd de pineut bent. Je zult altijd extra kosten hebben ook als je product defect is. Ik kocht nieuwe schoenen waarvan de opening t klein was. Je voeten konden er dus niet in. De verkoper wist blijkbaar niet en het kan dus een fabrieksfout zijn geweest. Waarom moet je dan als koper de terug zending betalen???
Vinted kijkt enkel naar de beschrijving en of daar iets niet overeenkomt. Maar een schoen is nog altijd iets wat je aan een voet moet dragen. En nee, ze waren niet in maat te klein ze waren gewoon onmogelijk aan te trekken!
Vinted stelde zelfs voor dat ik ze zelf door kon verkopen. Dat iemand anders ze misschien wel aan zou krijgen! Ik weet toch zeker wel hoe ik een schoen aan moet trekken! En iemand anders naaien! Nee, zo zit ik niet in elkaar.
Vond ik dat vinted deze kosten op zich had kunnen nemen ja! Dat de verkoper de kosten op zich had moeten nemen ja! Maar niet ik.
Arnaquée et non remboursée par Vinted
J’ai vendu un article neuf, la personne a déclaré « un défaut » inexistant et Vinted l’a remboursée avant même que je reçoive le colis ! Résultat : ce n’était pas mon article dans la boîte ! Je n’ai reçu aucune compensation de la part de Vinted! J’ai perdu mon article, mon temps et mon argent
