- Listen to over 150+ audio guides across 40+ topics and access written and audio content on key mental health topics.

Pity that the app does not sync with my Guardo tracker, need to copy in the data manually

Literally nothing works well.

Not impressed. So many other apps do this better. Not at all intuitive. Sorry folks.
