Fit & Lean offers different types of subscriptions so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, 1 month access renewal etc.). Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in your iTunes account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Nice app

I like the app and I like that each session is quite short!
Just a pity that if you miss one day you cannot access it anymore because it would be nice to cumulate sessions when you missed some time for one…

Challenges have been developed for those who want faster results in the given time (30/20/9 days) and are ready to stick to their daily routine. When the challenge starts and you miss a day, that day will be marked as missed. So it requires time and commitment.
A personal plan is supposed to be the main routine. If you decide to pause your plan, when you return you will start from the day you left. You don't have to do anything specific with it, it pauses automatically. We hope you will kick your goals with Fit & Lean and rate us 5 stars ❤️
