In Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times, you will lead your warriors across a war torn land and into dungeons for wealth and glory! Swing swords, fire arrows and cast spells as you fight through the denizens of Chaos that threaten the Warhammer world. Success in battle is rewarded with new weapons, armours, skills and treasure.
Be on your guard as you travel through a world in turmoil. The road holds danger for the heedless traveller, but rich rewards for the wary hero. Visit towns to barter in markets, level up your warriors and discover new quests. The path between dungeons is littered with opportunities to improve your chance of victory in the next turn based battle!
Experience all the peril and danger of the Warhammer world as you battle your enemies through beautiful, full 3D dungeons. Encounters come to life as your warriors enter the fray with a vast array of weapons and skills. Hold your enemies back with fire, use ice to freeze them to the spot. Attack with magic staffs, explosive pistols and flaming hammers. If all else fails use legendary armour or mystical robes to deflect attacks.
Easy to learn, hard to master. Engage in deep tactical gameplay as you encounter new enemies with new devious abilities that will test your strategic ability to its limits.

Much too difficult!
Game looks great and plays well, but is far too hard. You can’t change gear in the Dungeon, there are too many opponents and then you get ambushes on top of that! It kills the fun. Also, IAPs are over the top plentiful and expensive.
The game that could, if it wasn’t for the in-app purchases
The graphics are amazing, the gameplay addictive and this could be a hit - if it wasn’t for the darn in-app purchases. Whoever invented that system (I blame you, FarmVille!) in the first place should be condemned to a half year WOW gold farming in a Chinese dungeon.
Speaking of which: the dungeons are less schematic than the old Warhammer Quest, so a lot less repetitive in this version. The overall design if awesome, the avatars well balanced, there is even a background story worthy of that name and enough other cellars to dwell through.
But... and it’s a huuuuge but: one can skip buying gear by grinding through al available dungeons, but levelling your characters is sheer impossible without buying coins via the dreaded in-app purchase system.
I would gladly pay more for this app without it. But after a half day playing and spending money to buy 10.000 coins just to get my characters levelled up, I will toss this where it belongs: on top of The Gruesome Garbage Pile of Greed. People ARE willing to pay a decent price for a decent game. If your goal as game development company is to design stuff just for the schmucks who wonder at the end of the month why their iTunes bill has gone through the ceiling again, you demolish all the heart, craftsmanship and beauty of your app.
And you leave your public with a huge disappointment and yourself with a game that should and could be on top of any list, instead of slowly sinking lower and lower towards oblivion in the charts.
