Très bonne application
J'ai utilisé l'application État des Lieux Ziiimo pour mes démarches immobilières, et je suis vraiment impressionné par sa simplicité et son efficacité. L'interface est intuitive, ce qui rend la création d'états des lieux rapide et sans stress. Les fonctionnalités de prise de photos et de rapport détaillé sont particulièrement utiles. Je recommande vivement cette application à tous ceux qui veulent faciliter la gestion de leurs propriétés !

Exceptionnel
Je commence seulement à utiliser cette application. Sans aucune compétence informatique, j ai été séduit par sa facilité très intuitive et la qualité du résultat final proposé au locataire : un état des lieux très complet, précis et contenant un nombre illimité de photos le rendant ainsi incontestable pour les 2 parties.
A la moindre question, on obtient une réponse quasi immédiate ( dans la demi-heure…! )par téléphone puis une confirmation par mail, tout aussi rapide.
C’est exceptionnel comme SAV..!

Professionnel, efficace, intuitif et évolutif
Cette application est de loin la plus efficace de toutes celles que j’ai pu utiliser jusqu’à présent. Concept novateur et évolutif. Le support technique est très réactif.
