Quickly and safely arrange your health care affairs in the Zilveren Kruis app
Logging into our app is always done through DigiD to ensure you have easy and safe access to your personal data. View the app in Dutch or in English.
Quickly see:
- How you are insured with us and those (co-) insured with you.
- Your reimbursements.
- Submitted and reimbursed health care costs.
- How much excess you still have (left).
Easily arrange yourself:
- Your claims. Take a photo and submit it. Reimbursed the next working day.
- Find answers to your reimbursement questions. Chat with our chatbot or customer service agents.
- Your transport authorisation.

Version 6.0.0
DigiD has increased their security requirements. From now on, every time you want to log in you will be asked to use DigiD. This way we can better protect your personal information. New to the app is your profile. Here you will find, for example, your personal details, how to contact us and you can change your settings. You can also log out easily here.
We update our app regularly. Turn on automatic app updates in your phone’s settings.

De vorige app was onmogelijk nog slechter te maken, dus dit kan haast alleen maar een verbetering worden..
Zelden een app meegemaakt waarbij zaken zo doorelkaar stonden en niet op de plek waar je dit intuïtief zou verwachten.
Daarnaast doet de verzekeraar er alles aan om niet te hoeven uitbetalen en verschuilen de interne afdelingen die je declaratie moeten beoordelen zich achter een aardige service desk die niets voor je kan betekenen
