Bacon – The Game

Put Bacon on Everything!

What would you do with a frying pan, an endless supply of bacon and a burning desire to flip those strips onto something? In Bacon – The Game, you’ll have a blast flinging sizzling meat at just the right angle to stick the landing on all sorts of absurd objects.

What we love: The boundless creativity. Hundreds of levels pose delightfully deranged targets – including a T. rex, a toilet and philosopher Francis Bacon – and the game stretches its challenging physics-based play in equally clever ways. Want to baconise the moon? You’ll have to contend with low gravity, which sends strips floating into space.

A flick of the wrist and voilà! It’s got bacon on it.

Quick tip: Nailing targets is all about timing, not power. If you’re over- or undershooting, try changing the spot where the bacon drops in or flipping it a bit sooner (or later). If all else fails, just skip to the next shot.

Meet the creator: Bacon is the third title in indie developer Philipp Stollenmayer’s food-throwing trilogy (following Pancake – The Game and Burger – The Game). His catalogue also includes quirky gems such as See/saw, Supertype and 2020 Apple Design Award winner Song of Bloom.
