The CIRQUE+ Method is a unique system to help you Level Up as an aerialist with specially designed conditioning workouts and technique tutorials. Conditioning workouts can be completed at home OR in the studio ideal for busy people who work, gig, have kids, etc who want to Level Up their training but may not have a lot of extra time or access to equipment.

Fabric Fundamentals is an introduction to Aerial Silks and includes entry-level conditioning to increase your stamina in the air, as well as tutorials with progressions to break down poses and locks. This is the exact content I teach new Aerialists in classes and 1:1 privates and is aimed to emphasize strength and clean technique and set you up for success on your aerial journey!

The download of CirquePlus is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use CirquePlus app, we offer one of the following options:

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
