Version 1.29

This update greatly improves intakeroo on iPad and also contains upgrades to Timelines* and the logger. There are fixes for 6 bugs, of which one is important (fixes for all the bugs in the energy figure).

¬ on larger or wider screens the calendars were very large. that's more appropriately sized now.
¬ you can now select dates in the 7-day and 30-day timelines through a date picker. Tap on the date in the top right corner of the dashboard.

¬ the logger lagged. now it no longer lags.

THE BUG FIXES
¬ when logging intakes the energy chart stopped functioning correctly. This update fixes this issue and all issues related to this.
¬ the macros table** was glitchy sometimes. this update fixes the glitches.
¬ the custom nutrient table stopped showing the period chart sometimes. this is now fixed.
¬ when searching the index, sometimes some buttons became unresponsive: fixed.
¬ when creating new diets and adding new intakes to them, the old diet would sometimes still be active. fixed.
¬ the charts were incorrectly sized in many cases, fixed.
