This application is an elite apparatus for Law Firms to interface with guests on sites with LegalChat capabilities introduced. Online guests can connect with the Law Firm's staff through live chat, SMS message, and even Facebook Messenger, and Law Firms can utilise this application in addition to our desktop application or web-based console.

Operates on iPhone 5S and later with iOS 11 or later. LegalChat gives users the key tools of the desktop version. A far reaching visit screen, pre-composed responses, automatically captures lead information and distributes lead notifications via sms text, email or directly into the CRM. LawFirms can indicate hours of operation, view the visitors tracking detail, referring URL, search term that brought the visitor to the Law Firms website, and many other statistics.

Reacting to visitors chat request is as easy as swiping to activate a whole host of features. Pre-composed responses are sorted into categories that are simple to insert into a conversation on the fly. Automatic programming to catch the visitors email, location, and telephone number, are just a few of the features that make LegalChat app a must have for Law Firms wanting to follow-up with every visitors and their questions.
