URPC裁判系统，是为水下机器人大赛订制研发的一款比赛应用。包含赛事管理、赛程管理、参赛队管理、参赛队成绩记录、裁判打分、分数整合、比赛榜单等等众多比赛专用功能。功能充分覆盖比赛中的各个环节。
系统用户参赛队、裁判、裁判长，每个角色对应不同的功能，实现比赛流程信息化管理，使用户在使用过程中充分享受信息化为比赛带来的无纸化、随身查看、消息提醒等诸多便利。
