Overall ok

+ very easy to report a problem;
- no option to correct the problem in case of error
- no option to delete duplicate problems. 1/5 of the problems are submitted multiple times by the author. Which makes all statistics unreal.

After its major update the app become really good!

The new update provides more usability and responsiveness. Now the user could submit any incidents with a few taps only. The purpose of the app gets more clarity . It gives you the opportunity to become an active part of the society.

Issues

1. Crashing when trying to update Avatar on iPad.
2. No clear info on when we can expect feedback from Police Department and if a ticket was sent to lawbreakers. I also checked some of the “solved” cases but there is no proof that anything was actually solved. A case should be solved ONLY when there is clear proof/details to close the case.
3. Video load time is Super slow.

Since using this app for the past years, I have not seen any decrease in violations. Are these cases actually being sent to Police Dept. (KAT) ?

Hi,

1. There will be a new update this month which will solve the issue.
2. When you send a report for urban issue or traffic violation we guarantee that your report will reach the responsible institution and even the person who is directly responsible for solving the issue. For every issued ticket by Traffic police the app changes the status of the report. However, the only regular feedback for tickets we get is from Traffic police Sofia. Please note that in order police to be able to issue a ticket you need to provide your written testimonials "сведение". You can do this in the app.
