●みちびき避難所とは？
みちびきの衛星安否確認サービスを利用するためのアプリです。
衛星安否確認サービスとは、災害時において避難所の情報をみちびき経由で管制局に送信し、収集する手段として利用します。
本アプリは、みちびきと通信ができる衛星通信端末が設置された避難所に避難した避難者の情報を収集する際に利用します。避難所では、専用の機器（PC等）で避難者の情報を収集し、衛星通信端末にてみちびき経由で情報を送信します。
●みちびき避難所の主な機能
【避難者情報の入力】
・避難者の情報を入力します。
【QRコード生成】
・入力した情報をQRコードで表示します。
専用の機器（PC等）でQRコードを読み取ります。
【避難者情報の送信】
・入力した情報を避難所に設置されたWi-Fi経由で専用の機器（PC等）に送信します。
