Really slow returns
I would like to put five star rating but waiting for the return payments is really slow. Some of the products are a lot more expensive than the same ones in the physical store and prices did not change more than a year, colours often vary from images in app and this means they need to be returned.
Besides that, I enjoy the online shopping experience but it would be great to have the repayments faster than two weeks after sending back the purchase order.
Not working properly
Problems when choose Delivery in Econt office, city without street. I had to delete the app and to install it again. After that I try to pay ( I have video record about this) and the app diesn’t load the payment page. I wait 3 minutes, delete the app again, install it one more time and try it. The third time was succesful..

The best search engine in shopping
I really like the complex and detailed descriptions, the division of categories of the items and how easy it is to search for a certain type of clothing or shoes or whatever. For example this is the only app that I can search for a "Henley shirt" and the results are a perfect match.
