Не мога да се регистрирам

Пробвах да вляза в приложението през профила си в About you. Там профилът ми е свързан с фейсбук. Иска ми име и парола, пиша тези за фб. Не става. Пробвам да направя нова регистрация. Използвам същия имейл като за фб. Не става, вече има потребител с този имейл. Опитвам през “забравена парола”. 100 пъти. Не става, не получавам имейл. Проверих и спама. Нямам имейл.

Съжалявам да разбера за проблема, който имаш. Опитахме се да го възпроизведем, но не успяхме да го направим. Моля, увери се, че използваш най-новата версия на приложението или че използваш Chrome като предпочитан браузър. About you client ? Да ама не

В другото приложение профила ми е със Facebook ,но тук не работи това login info и дори ако пробвам забравена парола удрям на камък защото мейла за регистрация е стар и за това отдавна съм го заменила с друг (за да мога да си рестартирам пароли и тн ) но тук нямам опцията да получа нова парола на друг свързан имейл или по телефонен номер.

Общо взето май има нужда от класическите Facebook /Google/Apple login защото не се получават нещата :/
