I booked a house then the host canceled so they will return my money after 15 work days, then i booked another house payed for it and the host again canceled because he find someone else who will pay more, and in the end i pays for two homes i have no place to be and no money for 15 work days! I wont use it again if you dont change your refund policy! That is insane!
Nice app
Airbnb is a great app and has created an awesome community. I enjoy using it. There are a couple of things that can be improved. I had an issue with a host some time ago and I went through the process of Airbnb to explain what happened. I never got feedback if anything was actually done to investigate my issue. The second thing is Airbnb should make some mandatory fields with mandatory formatting. Like the address. On my last trip I had issues finding the address with Apple maps because Airbnb was feeding the information in a wrong format so no results were shown. I had to manually enter the address in Apple
Maps in order to be able to find the location.
